1. When will my order be dispatched?

Each of our products has a different lead time due to the fact that we sew each garment in local sewing factories specifically at Your order. You will find a lead time information in the description of each product. It is usually around 7-10 working days, with some products taking up to 12 days. We sew your order especially for You and in this way we are taking care both of you as well as of the earth’s resources by avoiding overproduction. In exceptional situations, lead time may be extended, you will be informed about it by e-mail. Then add 1-2 working days for courier delivery (within Poland). Delivery to other EU contries by DPD courier takes 2-4 working days (day of posting is day 0), according to the DPD: https://www.dpd.com/pl/pl/cennik-przesylek-miedzynarodowych.

 

2. Is overseas shipping possible?

Of course, we are delivering our products to all EU countries. Select in the shipping options a country to which courier should deliver your order. A shipping cost will be calculated after you have selected your delivery address. If you cannot find your country in the shipping options then please contact us: [email protected].

 

3. Can I collect my order in person?

Of course. Personal collection is possible for free in our atelier in Gdynia at Słowackiego 58/10. Call or e-mail us to arrange collection (click “contact”).

 

4. What is the shipping cost?

Within Poland:

DPD courier: EUR 4,00

InPost parcel lockers: EUR 4,00

InPost courier: EUR 5,00

Shipping to other EU countries by DPD courier included in the price:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary: EUR 15,00

Bulgaria, Finland, France, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden: EUR 21,00.

Italy: EUR 24,00

Croatia: EUR 26,00

Greece: EUR 32,00

5. What payments are accepted?

We accept payments via Przelewy24 and PayPal in our on-line shop. It is also possible to pay with Euro currency and by deferred payment transaction: Limit P24NOW, PayPo, Alior Raty and Mbank Raty.
